Welcome to Glamifyd. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to deliver high-quality products as described. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, and in line with our hygiene and safety commitments, returns are strictly regulated under this policy.

By placing an order through ShopGlamifyd.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns and Refund Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered was damaged during transit, defective, or not the item ordered (i.e., wrong product shipped).

Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Allergic reactions (products contain ingredients listed on the product page)

  • User misuse or mishandling

  • Dissatisfaction with personal preference (e.g., color mismatch, texture)

We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.


2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be initiated within 1 to 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including any seals, labels, or protective wrappers.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Opened, or tampered products

  • Bundles or promotional deals, unless the product inside is defective or expired

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Personal care/cosmetic products, once opened, due to hygiene concerns


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was defective, expired, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. Glamifyd is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.


5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

Note: We do not issue refunds before receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.


6. Product Verification & Rejection Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect all returned products upon receipt

  • Refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions mentioned above

  • Deduct shipping or administrative fees from the refund in cases of fraudulent or abusive return claims


7. Limitation of Liability

Glamifyd shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party courier services

  • Minor color or packaging differences due to screen display variations or supplier updates

  • Reactions to ingredients not reported or mentioned by the customer prior to purchase

  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses or missing information
